Анотація

The binary representation of numbers is a useful tool to develop binary analysis, metric and
probabilistic theory of numbers. The simplicity of geometry of this representation generates
various applications in the theory of fractals. It is instrument for studying functions with various
fractal properties and complicated local structure (behaviour).
